About Us

Duchess and Duke Dachshunds is a small family owned kennel. My husband and I married in fall of 2018 when we had first met. It didn't take us long to find out we both shared a love for animals. Shortly after, we found we shared an even bigger love for the commonly known dog called a "weinie dog" (long haired miniature dachshund.) After purchasing our very first dachshund we both sought after our dream; breeding dachshund puppies while providing a family with a healthy and loving fur baby. So, our journey began when we moved into Canyon, Texas on over 6 acres of land allowing our dogs to have the five star facility and living environment they need. We then started breeding in 2019 and we've been in love ever since.
