Deposit Agreement

***Deposit Agreement: is a NONREFUNDABLE deposit in the amount of $500.00. This amount will go towards the total cost of your puppy, unless an unforeseen circumstance were to occur to the puppy then the deposit would be transferable to another litter provided by Duchess & Duke Dachshunds.

The deposit agreement may be filled out through a computer and emailed to duchessdukedoxies@yahoo.com

We can accept payment via cash, venmo, cash app, or paypal. Note: no checks will be accepted.

This deposit is my intent to purchase the chosen puppy by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age. If the remaining cost of the puppy is not paid in full by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age, or at time of puppy pick up, the deposit will not be refunded.

The only reason a deposit should be refunded would be in the event that the puppy becomes too ill to sell, or in the tragic event of complete loss of puppy.

The deposit will go towards the total of the puppy. The puppy will be going home with a well vet check, first round of vaccinations and de-wormers, AKC registration, 1 year limited health guarantee, and socializing from all of us here at Duchess & Duke Dachshunds.

By signing below the buyer agrees to all content mentioned in the deposit agreement, that he/she understands the contract fully.
